Susannah Haines

Susannah Haines is an accomplished General Counsel and Company Secretary at Capricorn Society since May 2023, with extensive experience in legal roles across various organizations. As a Director at Dine for Life Foundation since June 2016, Susannah also served as Senior Legal Counsel at WesTrac Cat from September 2021 to April 2023, and spent several years as Legal Counsel at both Capricorn Society Ltd and MCC Mining Pty Ltd. Susannah's expertise includes managing litigation, reviewing contractual disputes, negotiating settlements, providing internal legal advice, and assisting in contract administration. Prior legal experience includes roles at Bio Innovation SA, Minter Ellison Lawyers, and DMAW Lawyers. Susannah holds a Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management, a Bachelor of Arts Honours in English, and a Double Degree in Law and Legal Practice and Arts from Flinders University, complemented by secondary education at Mercedes College.
