Scotty Walker

Scotty Walker has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Scotty started their career in 1997 as a Tank Crewman in the United States Marine Corps and served until 2001. In 2006, they joined S.D. Deacon as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2012. During this time, they also briefly worked as a Project Manager at Tapani, Inc. in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Gray Construction as a Pre Construction Services and Project Development Manager. In 2016, they joined Duke Realty Corporation as a Project Manager and stayed until 2019. Currently, they are working at CapRock Partners as a Senior Vice President, Development, starting from September 2019.

Scotty Walker's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree in Project Management from Portland State University. Prior to attending college, Scotty attended Columbia River High School. Scotty also holds additional certifications, such as being a Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional, acquired from ICSC in July 2014, and being a LEED Accredited Professional, obtained from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in October 2008.
