Germán Dubs

Germán Dubs has over 20 years of experience in sales and management roles in the medical industry. Germán has worked for various companies, including CapsoVision, Pampamed SRL, Agimed, St. Jude Medical, AGA Medical, NoemaLife, COVIDIEN, and TEKNOTECH SA. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for managing relationships with key opinion leaders and physicians, developing commercial strategies and business plans, fulfilling sales objectives, finding new prospects and developing marketing activities, managing tasks and delegating responsibilities to senior and junior salesmen, sales support, and customers' follow-up for negotiation and bill collection. Dubs has also been involved in the implementation of new products and equipment, installation of software, and training and developing sales forces and clinical specialists. Germán Dubs is currently working as an International Sales Manager- LATAM for CapsoVision Inc.

Germán Dubs completed their undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Entre Ríos between 1990 and 1996. Later, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Management and Leadership Program from UADE in 2000 and another postgraduate degree in Management Education Program from UADE - Escuela de Dirección de Empresas in 2005-2006. Germán also obtained a certification in Simplified Project Management from LinkedIn in October 2020.
