Crystal Blass

Crystal Blass has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Crystal started their career as an Executive Secretary at American Professional Agency in 2000. Crystal then worked at Darwin Professional Underwriters, Inc. as an Account Coordinator/Senior Account Coordinator from 2005 to 2008. Crystal joined Allied World in 2008 and held various roles including Manager, Account Services and Director, Insurance Operations. From 2012 to 2015, they served as Assistant Vice President and then Vice President, overseeing the US Insurance and Claims Operations departments. Currently, Crystal is working at CapSpecialty as the Head of Client & Policy Servicing Operations and recently took on the role of Director of Enterprise Strategy starting in September 2022.

Crystal Blass holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Charter Oak State College, which they obtained between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Business from Western International University, completing their studies between 2005 and 2007. Additionally, Crystal has obtained several certifications, including Core Product Certified (2023) and Core App (2022) from Smartsheet, as well as certifications in Project Management from both Smartsheet and the Project Management Institute.
