Holly Palm, MPH has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies in the healthcare industry. Holly currently holds the position of Director of Enterprise Strategy at Cigna since December 2020. Prior to that, they served as Associate Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at UnitedHealthcare from July 2018 to December 2020. Holly also had roles at UnitedHealthcare as Senior Consultant, Business Strategy & Transformation from March 2017 to July 2018, and as Business Consultant, Operations Strategy & Transformation from December 2015 to March 2017. Before joining UnitedHealthcare, Holly worked as a Senior Business Analyst, Healthcare Strategy at Optum from July 2014 to December 2015. Holly also gained experience as a Health Plan Specialist, Operations at Medica from 2013 to 2014, and as a Clinical Research Associate, Emergency Department at Hennepin Healthcare from 2010 to 2013.

Holly Palm, MPH has a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Public Health from the University of Minnesota. In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained a certification in Human Centered Design- Design Kit from NovoEd in August 2015.
