Kayleigh Bradford

Kayleigh is an Associate in the housing and regeneration team and acts for registered providers on home ownership and asset transactions, such as staircasing, right to buy and lease extensions (statutory and voluntary). Kayleigh has worked in the housing team since joining the firm in August 2018 as a case handler.

Kayleigh has acted as the Asset Management Team Leader since January 2020. She has expertise in shared ownership transactions such as staircasing and resales and also acts on Right to Buy and lease extension matters.
