Chase Pattillo

Chase Pattillo, CCIM, is currently the Vice President of Strategic Growth at Capstone Building Corp., a company with over 111 projects valued at more than $1.7 billion since its founding in 1997. Prior to this role, Chase served as the Regional Director of Operations for Florida at Mosaic, a rapidly growing construction technology startup. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Land Acquisitions for DHI Communities, Vice President at Fore Property Company, Managing Director at CBRE, and Vice President of REO & Special Assets at EverBank. Chase holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
