Robert Brown

Robert Brown is a Vice President of Asset Management at Capstone Development Partners, LLC. Prior to their current role, Robert served as an Acquisitions Officer at BSR Trust, LLC sourcing and closing affordable housing properties. Robert was also an Associate at Multi Housing Advisors, LLC, responsible for selling over 4,000 units totaling $136M in transaction volume. With a background in development and management, Robert has a BA in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and an MS in Real Estate from New York University.
