Ash Thakore

Ash Thakore serves as Vice President of Asset Management for the Morgan Group (Morgan). Ash is responsible for directing strategic initiatives to optimize financial and operational performance of portfolio properties within Morgan’s management platform. Ash has extensive experience managing multi-faceted life cycle related functions associated with acquisitions, asset management, investor relations, and capital markets across various multifamily asset classes.

Prior to Morgan, Ash was an Asset Manager at Venterra Realty where he was responsible for a portfolio of 21 multifamily properties (consisting of ~5,000 units spread across a six-state region), lead coordinator of transactional processes for new portfolio acquisitions, and oversaw creation of strategic business plans to measure key performance indicators for strategic growth. Before joining Venterra, Ash served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Asset Management at Williamsburg Enterprises, spent time as an Acquisitions and Asset Management Associate at Nitya Capital, LLC, and was a Senior Analyst in BBVA Compass’ Middle Market Investment Banking team.

Ash graduated from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2014. Additionally, Ash holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Psychology from Richmond, the American International University in London. Ash is a member of multiple real estate organizations and the Zoroastrian Association of Houston.
