Steve Fordham

Steve Fordham has extensive experience in the field of Quality Assurance. Steve currently holds the position of Vice President, Quality Assurance at Capstone Development Services Co, LLC, where they lead a team of professionals to ensure compliance with regulations for development and commercial programs. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Quality at Novum Pharma, overseeing all QA programs and activities.

Previously, Steve worked at Melinta Therapeutics as the Director of Quality Assurance, responsible for the Quality activity associated with the Baxdela commercial drug product and managing Quality oversight for the supply chain. Steve also has experience at Baxter International Inc., where they held various roles including Senior Manager of Global Compounding Quality and Senior Manager of Global Quality & Compliance. In these roles, they managed and harmonized Quality systems, performed internal audits, and provided support for integration activities.

Steve began their career at AMRI, where they held multiple positions including Manager of Quality Assurance, Manager of Quality Assurance, and Research Chemist. In these roles, they managed compliance audits, supervised daily operations, and conducted research and development of new chemical entities.
