Michael Parker

Michael Parker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in specialty finance and structured transactions. As the Chief Executive Officer of Capstone Global Management, Inc. since April 2017, Michael has led the company in closing and funding over $9 billion in transactions focused on supply chain finance and innovative financial structures. Additional roles include advising the CFO at Lionsgate, serving as Sector Head for Structured Finance - TMT at HSBC, and holding senior positions at various financial institutions including Greensill Capital, Citi, and Ambac. Michael holds multiple degrees from The Australian National University, including a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics, a Bachelor of Economics in Finance, as well as an MBA in Strategy, Business, and Finance from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
