Beth Shonek

Beth Shonek, MBA, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on providing leadership and direction in talent acquisition and management, employee relations, management coaching, benefits administration, compensation planning, organizational development, and employee engagement. Beth has held various leadership roles at companies such as Capstone Logistics, LLC as Vice President Human Resources, Rheem Manufacturing as HR Manager - Corporate & International, Piedmont National as HR Manager reporting directly to the CEO, and Viacom as Director and Manager in different departments. Additionally, they have worked as an HR Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Throughout their career, Beth has been involved in implementing new systems, redesigning processes, and leading organizational change efforts to support company growth.

Beth Shonek, MBA, SPHR has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers College, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Beth then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management and Organizational Behavior from NYU Stern School of Business from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in June 2015 and as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in November 2015 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
