Tom de Ruijter

Tom de Ruijter is a Senior Project Engineer R&D at Capsugel, where Tom leads projects to enhance productivity and introduce product innovations by developing machinery for internal use and overseeing technology transfer to worldwide affiliates. Prior to this, Tom worked at UniTec as an Automation Engineer, handling automation for process equipment in the food and beverage industries. Tom also has experience as an Automation Engineer at E.N.I. n.v. and Tectron n.v., specializing in PLC programming and industrial automation projects.
