Laura Piersall

Laura Piersall has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Laura started their career as a Teacher Supervisor at Le Lycee Francais de Los Angeles in 2006. Laura then worked as a Pastry Chef at The Winery and Andrei's Conscious Cuisine and Cocktails. In 2011, Laura transitioned to being an Executive Assistant at G2 Worldwide and later at Slashdot Media, where they also utilized their programming skills to track rankings and popularity. Laura entered the gaming industry in 2013 as a Game Developer for herself and then joined Lumos Labs (Lumosity) as a Senior Game Engineer. Laura'smost recent position is with Caption Health as a Senior Software Engineer, which they started in 2019 and continues to date.

Laura Piersall holds a Master's degree in Education from Stanford University, which they completed in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from UCLA in 2006.
