Alexander Matulionis has been working in the tech industry since 2007. Alexander began their career as a Game Developer at Eclipse Engine, where they created Project Vertigo, a popular platformer engine. In 2014, they became a Software Architect at Go Play Smile, where they developed a full-scale PWA using React and BaaS, as well as a secure microtransaction model. In 2017, they took a role as a Software Engineer at Ugly Christmas Party, where they worked with AWS, SkuVault, ChannelAdvisor, and ShipStaion APIs. In 2018, they became a Lead Software Engineer at Virtual Corporation, Inc., where they led a team of four in the Sustainable Planner rewrite using Kotlin and Node.js. Alexander also added a full-fledged error handling model to the Socket. In 2019, they began working as a Software Engineer at ActivePDF, Inc., where they architected and developed DocSpace Online, a free document conversion/compression/OCR cloud tool. Finally, in 2020, they became a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead at CaptivateIQ.
Alexander Matulionis attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
