Clint K. began their career in 2005 as a Channel Sales Representative for MarketStar. In 2006, they moved to True North Academy as an Inside Sales Executive. In 2007, they joined The Professional Education Institute as an Account Manager. In 2009, they began working at Stevens-Henager College as an Admissions Consultant and was promoted to Director of Admissions in the same year. In 2013, they joined Instructure as a Manager of Customer Success On-boarding and was promoted to Manager of Customer Success Strategic/Enterprise and Manager, Bridge Success Team. In 2020, they joined CaptivateIQ as the Director, Customer Success and Sr. Manager, Customer Success. In their roles, they have been tasked with creating the overall vision and strategic plan for Customer Success departments, building and developing high performing teams, developing cross collaborative processes, building out customer success playbooks, onboarding customers, driving adoption, creating customer evangelists, and expanding and scaling customer bases.

Clint K. obtained their High School Diploma from Bonneville High School between 1999 and 2002. Clint then attended Weber State University between 2005 and 2006, where they earned Generals in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2010, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration/Human Resources from Independence University. In December 2020, they obtained two additional certifications from LinkedIn: Excel Formulas and Functions Quick Tips, and GDPR Compliance: Essential Training.
