Crystal Deng

Crystal Deng is currently a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager at CaptivateIQ since September 2022. Prior to this role, Crystal worked as a Customer Success Manager at Welcome from April 2021 to June 2022. Before Welcome, Crystal held various positions at Yelp from June 2017 to March 2021, starting as an Account Executive and working their way up to Elite Account Director. Crystal also has experience as a Merchandise Planning Analyst at Target and has held various marketing and HR roles at different organizations. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Human Resources Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
