Wilma Novalés Wibert, Ph.D, CPTM, SHRM-CP has over 10 years of experience in people development and learning. From 2016 to the present, they have been Vice President, People and Development at CaptureRx, where they oversee all aspects of learning, development, training, coaching, and mentorship. Wilma played a key role in designing and implementing the new employee orientation and 90-day on-boarding process/program.

From 2006 to 2010, they worked as an Assistant Professor at Michigan State University. In this role, they provided classroom instruction, academic advising, and mentorship to undergraduate students. Wilma also designed and implemented a grant program for inner city high school students.

Wilma completed their formal education by earning a Ph.D in Family & Child Ecology from Michigan State University.
