Jemma McShane

Jemma McShane has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Jemma began their career at Citco Financial Products, where they worked in operations and middle office roles, as well as risk management. Jemma then moved on to Prologue Capital, where they served as the UK Operations Manager and later worked as an Operations/Middle Office Analyst and Trade Support. Following this, Jemma joined Finisterre Capital as an Operations Consultant. Jemma then served as the Global Head of Operations and Technology at Silver Ridge Asset Management before joining Capula Investment Management LLP. At Capula, they held positions including Operations Manager, Operations Director, and currently serves as the Head of Operations.

Jemma McShane completed their education in a chronological order. Jemma first attended Great Cornard Upper School and Technology College from 2000 to 2005. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Surrey and achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Business studies between 2005 and 2009. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance (Part time) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2011 to 2013.
