Brandon Bartolome has a diverse range of work experience. Brandon began their career as an Event Staff member at the University of Maryland's Stamp Student Union in 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Resident Assistant at the University of Maryland's Department of Resident Life.

In 2013, Brandon transitioned to the healthcare field as a Medical Assistant at Dermatology and Advanced Skin Care. After that, they joined Iron Bow Technologies as an Associate Help Desk Specialist from 2014 to 2015.

Brandon then worked as a Help Desk Specialist II at The University of Maryland Medical System from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they provided technical support for hospital IT infrastructure.

From 2016 to 2018, Brandon served as an Associate Network Engineer at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. Brandon was responsible for various tasks, including Microsoft Office 365 administration and managing user accounts.

Following this, Brandon worked as an Information Security Analyst at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board from 2018 to 2019. During their time in this role, they collaborated with the Lead Security Architect in developing the Information Security department culture and workflow. Brandon also contributed to the deployment of Splunk Cloud and reduced critical and high severity risks.

Brandon then joined CAQH in 2020 as an Information Security Analyst. Brandon was later promoted to Senior Information Security Analyst in 2022.

Throughout their career, Brandon has demonstrated expertise in information security, network engineering, help desk support, and healthcare administration.

Brandon Bartolome received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In 2014, they attended Per Scholas IT-Ready in Silver Spring, MD, specializing in Information Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Brandon obtained various credentials from different institutions. In September 2014, they acquired the CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA. In March 2015, they obtained the CompTIA Network+ ce and CompTIA Operations Specialist certifications. In July 2017, they achieved the CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist and CompTIA Security+ ce certifications. In October 2018, they acquired the CompTIA CySA+ ce and Security Analytics Professional certifications. In November 2019, they obtained the CompTIA Network Security Professional, CompTIA Network Vulnerability Assessment Professional, and CompTIA PenTest+ certifications. Additionally, in July 2019, Brandon received the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification. Most recently, in September 2021, they obtained the GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) certification from GIAC Certifications.
