Marjorie Pleta

Marjorie Pleta has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Marjorie currently works at CAQH, starting in October 2022, as a Program Manager. In this role, Marjorie is responsible for driving cross-functional teams and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects within the specified scope and budget. Prior to their current position, Marjorie held the role of Senior Project Manager at CAQH from July 2021 to October 2022, where they managed multiple projects of varying sizes and durations.

Before joining CAQH, Marjorie was a Project Manager at CAQH from May 2020 to July 2021, overseeing small to medium-sized projects and leading project teams. Marjorie also held the position of Senior Systems Business Analyst at CAQH from May 2011 to May 2020. In this role, they had responsibilities related to administration, maintenance, and enhancements of various software systems, including JIRA and Confluence. Marjorie was also involved in data analysis and reporting, as well as providing support and training to users.

Prior to their time at CAQH, Marjorie worked at Inova Health System. From December 2003 to December 2009, they served as a Systems Analyst, and from 2001 to 2003, they held the role of Database Specialist.

Throughout their career, Marjorie has demonstrated their ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver successful outcomes.

Marjorie Pleta has a limited education history. In 2010, they briefly attended the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they studied Computer Science without obtaining a degree. Marjorie also attended Prince George's Community College, where they earned an Associates of Applied Science degree in Business Management.

In addition to their education, Marjorie has obtained several certifications. In November 2019, they completed the exam for "Implementing a Data Warehouse" from Microsoft. In July 2018, they became certified as a "Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager" from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, they are set to obtain the "Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®" certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2023.
