Javier Soto Arocho

Javier Soto Arocho has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Javier is currently the Director of Operations at CarBodyLab, an automotive repair on-demand platform. Prior to this role, they were the Program Director at gener8tor, an accelerator investing in high-growth startups. Javier also served as the Partner Business Development at Retail Solutions, Inc., where they focused on technology and innovation consulting services for retailers in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Javier has also worked at companies like WeClub, Fetch Rewards, Gustazos.com, and AT&T in various roles related to sales, operations, and marketing. Javier started their career as a Registered Insurance Agent in the insurance industry and also gained experience at Citi and Red Roses Garden in specialized roles.

Javier Soto Arocho obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the Universidad de Puerto Rico in 2009.
