Global Head Of People at Cara Care

Alina Denz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alina began their career as a Volunteer Staff at Evangelisches Geriatriezentrum Berlin in 2013. Alina then worked as a Praktikantin at Psychotherapeutische Praxis in 2016. In 2017, they held the role of Praktikantin at Charité Berlin and also worked as a Studentische Hilfskraft at Max Planck Institute for Human Development. Alina joined Cara Care in 2018 as a Werkstudentin in Patientmanagement, and later became the Head of Patient Management in 2019. Alina then transitioned to the role of Quality & Compliance Manager in 2020, where they were responsible for various tasks including quality management, project management, and risk management. Currently, Alina is the People and Culture Manager at Cara Care as of February 2022.

Alina Denz completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Potsdam from 2014 to 2018. Alina then pursued a Master of Science in Psychology at the Freie Universität Berlin from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they enrolled in the DGPP | Deutsche Gesellschaft für Positive Psychologie and earned the certification of a Certified Positive Psychology Coach.
