Andrea K. Whalen, MA, BCBA has extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Andrea started their career in 2004 at the Wisconsin Early Autism Project, where they held various roles ranging from Line Therapist to Lead BCBA. In 2017, they transitioned to Caravel Autism Health, initially working as a Clinical Director & Lead BCBA before being promoted to Regional Director. In this role, they played a key role in expanding Caravel's services in Illinois and establishing clinic locations in Iowa and Indiana. Currently, Andrea serves as the Clinical Director of Special Projects at Caravel Autism Health, overseeing and managing strategic initiatives and projects within the organization.
Andrea K. Whalen holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Andrea also earned a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Certificate in Organizational Behavior Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Additionally, they are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and holds a certification in Organizational Behavior Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
