Through these efforts, he directly supports Caravel’s plans to lead the field while also helping the company make meaningful connections with the array of people involved with the mission. In prior roles, Gordon has successfully led teams driving growth for both Fortune 500 companies and more entrepreneurial organizations. Gordon is a graduate of both Amherst College and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
