Hasan Serhal, E.I.T

Hasan Serhal, E.I.T has a diverse work experience. Hasan began their career in 2012 as a Technical Engineer at 3PE - Third Party Engineering, where they were responsible for quality control and approval for all inbound materials, evaluating structural needs for residential buildings, office buildings, and chemical factories, and monitoring and performing lab testing on construction materials. In 2015, they moved to General Construction Company as a Site Engineer, where they oversaw planning and execution for foundational construction, reviewed drawings and developed cost, labour, and material estimates, and participated in daily meetings with construction managers. In 2018, they joined Best Buy as a Geek Squad Agent. Currently, they are a Project Engineer and Jr. R&D Engineer at Carbicrete, where they are leading different complex projects and teams, monitoring and controlling project progress and resources, defining, preparing, writing, and reviewing project documents, research plans, standard operating procedures, and project reports, and providing training to technicians, other R&D engineers and interns.

Hasan Serhal, E.I.T. has a diverse educational background. Hasan completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Structural Design and Construction Management from Kingston University in 2017. Hasan is currently enrolled in a Professional Development Certificate in Project Management at McGill University School of Continuing Studies. Additionally, they obtained their Engineer In Training certification from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) in February 2022 and a Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in October 2021.
