Charlotte Lefébure

Charlotte Lefébure has over 16 years of work experience in human resources. Charlotte is currently the HR Director and Head of HR at CARBOGEN AMCIS since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at IQVIA France as a Senior HR Business Partner from 2018 to March 2022. Charlotte also gained extensive experience working at IQVIA from 2010 to 2017, where they held the role of Responsable Ressources Humaines. In this role, they managed HR for approximately 550 employees, including team management, handling employee representative bodies, and managing relationships with labor authorities. Earlier in their career, they worked at Aéroports de Paris - Alyzia as Adjointe Responsable Ressources Humaines and Chargée de Développement RH, and at Laboratoires Juva Santé as Chargée d'études emploi et carrières.

Charlotte Lefébure started their education by attending IUT Le Mans from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a DUT in Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations with a specialization in Ressources Humaines. Following that, from 2003 to 2005, they studied at the Institut de Gestion Sociale, focusing on Administration du Personnel et Gestion de l'Emploi, leading to a degree in 2005. In 2005-2006, they pursued further education at CELSA Paris-Sorbonne, where they obtained a Master 2 degree in Management des Ressources Humaines Communication et Négociation.
