Stefan Koller

Stefan Koller has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their current position is as the Head of Human Resources at CARBOGEN AMCIS, where they have been working since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Manager HR Competence Center at the same company from April to May 2022.

Before joining CARBOGEN AMCIS, Stefan worked as an HR Business Partner & Interim Manager Administration and Reception from April 2021 to March 2022. Stefan also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner from April 2020 to March 2021 and as a Manager Human Resources from August 2019 to March 2020, both at CARBOGEN AMCIS.

In 2013, Stefan co-founded KOPFSACHE SPORT, a company focused on mental training for performance optimization. Stefan held various roles within the company until March 2021, including the role of Mitgründer.

Stefan also has experience in the retail industry, having worked as an HR Business Partner at Coop from November 2016 to July 2019. Prior to this, they worked on national projects in the Personal/Ausbildung Job Center division at Coop from December 2015 to October 2016.

In the field of sports psychology, Stefan worked as a Sportpsychologe for BSC Old Boys from July 2015 to June 2019. Stefan also co-founded Athletes Consulting GmbH in 2011 and served as a Gründung until January 2019.

Stefan's early career includes roles as a Sportpsychologe at Rehaklinik Bellikon from July 2014 to December 2018, as a Sportlehrer at Schule für Brückenangebote Basel from August 2014 to July 2015, as a Sportlehrer at the Erziehungsdepartement Basel from March 2010 to July 2015, and as a Sportlehrer at Allgemeine Gewerbeschule Basel from March 2010 to July 2014.

Stefan Koller's education history is as follows:

Stefan Koller obtained a CAS Arbeitsrecht (Certificate of Advanced Studies in Labor Law) from ZHAW School of Management and Law in the year 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Sportpsychologie (Sport Psychology) from the University of Bern, from 2011 to 2014. Stefan also holds a Master of Sciences degree in Wirtschafts-, Sozial- und Entscheidungspsychologie (Economic, Social, and Decision Psychology) from the University of Basel, which they earned between 2009 and 2011.

Stefan Koller's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from the University of Basel from 2006 to 2009. Stefan also completed a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Sports Sciences from the same university from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Stefan Koller has obtained certifications in Debriefing & Coaching and Employee Development from Harrison Assessments Int'l in December 2020.
