Roy Derksen

Roy Derksen has a diversified work experience in various industries and roles. In 2009, they worked as a Coördinator at MijnGVB and later as a Junior Project Manager at VIQTOR. Roy also had their own business, Derksen Solutions, before moving on to become an Operations Manager at ECO-ENERGY from 2010 to 2011. Roy then joined Dishman Group as an International Product Manager from 2012 to 2015. Following that, they became a Senior Manager of Business Development at CARBOGEN AMCIS, where they were a member of the management team. In 2021, they became a Co-Owner of Bodematlas B.V., a company that focuses on collecting and connecting relevant information about the environment. Lastly, in 2022, they became a Co-Owner of Bouwroute.nl, a platform that allows users to mark and share routes and destinations on a digital map of the Netherlands.

Roy Derksen began their education in 2005 at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN), where they pursued a Bachelor's degree. The field of study for this degree is not provided. Roy then attended Hogeschool HBO Nederland from 2006 to 2009, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management. In 2007, Roy also enrolled at The University of the Dutch Caribbean, where they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Marketing. This program lasted until 2008.
