Dillon Sheppard has a diverse work experience, starting from 2011. Dillon began their career as a Lifeguard at Midwest Pool Management from April 2011 to August 2013. Dillon then worked as a Chemist Intern at Sensient Food Colors for three consecutive summers, from May 2014 to August 2016. Dillon then moved on to Purdue University, where they served as a Fitness Consultant and Student from September 2016 to May 2017.

In June 2017, they joined Sensient Food Color as an Application Technologist, a role they held until April 2021. During this time, they also took on the position of Senior Inside Sales Representative from April 2021 to July 2022.

Dillon's next role was as a Managing Partner at 3135 Holdings LLC starting from June 2021, where they continue to work. Most recently, in August 2022, they joined Carboline as a Sales Development Manager.

Dillon Sheppard obtained their Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Purdue University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Dillon further enhanced their education by obtaining a Short Course Certificate in Food Extrusion: Cereals, Protein & Other Ingredients from Texas A&M University in 2019.
