Emba Matteo Pavone

Matteo Pavone, EMBA, has a strong background in quality management and technical sales. Matteo began their career as a QA/QC Inspector at VALVITALIA GROUP in December 2015, where they focused on quality control in the Quality Control Department. After gaining experience in this role, they moved on to become a Project Certification Manager, responsible for managing and controlling all certifications related to valves, including material certifications and inspection reports. Matteo then transitioned to the role of Project Quality Manager, where they managed all quality matters related to purchased orders, including issuing quality documents and coordinating with clients and internal departments. In 2018, Matteo joined Maverick Valves Manufacturing HQ BV as a Quality Engineer, overseeing all quality matters for the company's purchased orders and working closely with clients, third parties, and internal departments. Currently, they work as a Technical Sales Representative at Carboline Company, utilizing their technical knowledge and sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of protective coatings, linings, and fireproofing products. Matteo's work experience demonstrates their expertise in quality management and technical sales, making him a valuable asset in these fields.

Matteo Pavone, EMBA, began their education at Leonardo Da Vinci High School, where they completed their Liceo Scientifico Statale - Genova from 2005 to 2010. Matteo then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Genoa, graduating in 2015. Currently, Matteo is enrolled at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management, undertaking an Executive MBA program from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, they have obtained certification as a FROSIO - Coating Inspector Liv 2. from the FROSIO Global Training Body - HTS COATINGS.
