Mike Smith

Mike Smith, PE, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Project Execution Manager at Carbon America since 2022, focusing on carbon capture, transport, and sequestration. Previously, Mike worked as a Project Engineer at Lithos Engineering (2021-2022), specializing in geotechnical and trenchless engineering for transmission pipelines, and at Zion Engineering, LLC (2018-2020), with a focus on midstream oil and gas pipelines and facilities. Earlier roles included Pipeline Engineer positions at Dewberry (2017-2018), dealing with large diameter water transmission pipelines, and at Tetra Tech (2015-2017), working on FERC regulated dual NGL transmission pipelines and associated facilities.
