Tobias Cieslik

Tobias Cieslik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tobias is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Carbon Clean since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Founder of MyConstructionWallet in 2021 and the Founder of MyGoHire since 2019. Tobias also worked as a Technology, Engineering, and Manufacturing recruiter at Xult Group Ltd from 2017 to 2022. In addition, Tobias has experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Entia Ltd from 2019 to 2022, an Internal Recruiter at Oddbox in 2021, and at Cambridge Mechatronics Ltd in 2018. Before their career in recruitment, they worked as a Consultant at Jonathan Lee Recruitment, Oho Group Ltd, and served in the British Army as part of the Territorial Army - Royal Logistic Corps. Tobias has strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition across various industries.

Tobias Cieslik attended Haybridge High School from 2004 to 2009. Tobias pursued a degree in BA Hons Business Management & Human Resources with a focus on Human Resources Development at Nottingham Trent University from 2009 to 2013.
