Paul Morrison has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Paul began their career as an Engineering Intern at GE Aviation in May 2008 and worked in this role until June 2011. From there, they joined the Edison Engineering Development Program at GE Aviation, where they stayed for three and a half years until December 2014. Paul then worked as a Systems Engineer from December 2014 to August 2016, before being promoted to Lead Systems Engineer and holding that role until October 2017.

In 2017, Paul Morrison transitioned to Carbon Lighthouse, where they took on the position of Senior Model Development Engineer for nearly three years until March 2020. Paul then progressed to become a Software Engineering Manager at the same company from March 2020 onwards.

Paul Morrison completed their education in mechanical engineering. Paul obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, Paul pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, attending from 2013 to 2015.

Paul also acquired an "Analytics Engineer" certification from GE Aviation in 2016. In 2016, Paul completed the courses "Machine Learning for Data Analysis," "Regression Modeling in Practice," and "Data Management and Visualization" through Coursera Course Certificates. Paul also obtained a "Six Sigma - Greenbelt" certification from GE Aviation in 2014.

Furthermore, Paul holds a "Private Pilot" certification from the Federal Aviation Administration, although the specific time of acquisition is not provided.
