Aaron Lucid has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 with a role as a Team Leader at JD Wetherspoon. In 2014, they took on the role of a Shuttering Joiner at MPB Structures, where they adapted to a new industrial environment and was geographically mobile. In 2015, they became an ICS Volunteer at Raleigh International, where they worked in a cross-cultural team on a natural resource management project. In 2016, they held three roles: a Legal Secretary at Angels Solicitors LLP, a Maintenance Planner Concrete and Graduate Trainee Manager at Hanson UK, and a Team Leader at Raleigh International. In 2019, they became a Business Development Manager at Cemfree - Zero-Cement Concrete part of DB Group (Holdings) Ltd. Finally, in 2022, they became a Development and Partnerships Manager at Carbon Upcycling Technologies.

Aaron Lucid completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Law from De Montfort University in 2013, followed by a Master's Degree in International Business Law from the same university in 2015. Aaron also completed an intensive summer course in Consumer Rights in the European Union at Università degli Studi di Udine in 2013. In 2019, Aaron Lucid began a Master's degree in Advanced Concrete Technology MSc (Eng) at the University of Leeds, which they are currently pursuing.
