Maria DiLisio has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent management. Maria started their career in 2006 as a Staffing Manager and Senior Recruiting Specialist at Synaptics, where they oversaw the entire staffing process and implemented global programs. Maria then worked as a Recruiting Services Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter at HR Solutions Partners, where they provided professional services in HR and management consulting. Maria also worked as a Technical Recruiting Consultant at Cariden Technologies & Junction Solutions, specializing in staffing and recruiting for telecommunication service providers. Maria later joined Soraa as a Senior Manager of Recruitment and played a significant role in their hiring process. Maria's expertise in recruitment led their to work as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at both Maximum Impact! and Carbon, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment and played a key role in building teams for innovative start-ups, including Carbon, a 3D printer manufacturer.

Maria DiLisio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
