Dejan Antić

Dejan Antić has 10 years of professional experience in project and customer service management. In 2012, they began their career at MyTrendyPhone as a Customer Service Representative, providing B2C support via telephone, chat and email. Dejan then moved up to Assistant Store Manager, Store opening and closing operations, work and shift scheduling, and employee training. After that, they became a Senior Customer Service Manager, responsible for customer service management, customer service performance assessment, quality control, customer growth and success, performing fraud and large purchase payments control, and organizing the call-centre's workload and timetable. Dejan also served as a Customer Service Team Lead and Project Manager, managing projects from initiation to closing to integrate new processes and features on a leading eCommerce site present in 13 European countries. In 2018, Dejan joined Globalfaces Direct as a Director of Projects and Strategic Initiatives, Director of Customer Success, and Senior Client Success Manager, leading campaigns and high-touch managing key accounts. Dejan applied project management techniques to ensure seamless campaign launch, execution, monitoring, and wrap-up. In 2022, they began working at Carbon6 as a Lead Project Manager.

Dejan Antić obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Scandinavian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Belgrade in 2012. Dejan then completed a Master of Arts in Theirtorical Linguistics - Scandinavian Languages from the same university in 2013. In 2011, Dejan was an exchange student at the University of Copenhagen, studying Danish Language and Mediaeval Nordic Languages. Dejan also completed a MA research stay at the University of Copenhagen in 2013, focusing on Theirtorical Linguistics - Scandinavian Languages. Additionally, Dejan holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in November 2022, as well as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in May 2021.
