Ian Mills

Ian Mills is an experienced Programme Management Consultant currently assigned to NCHQ Portsmouth at Carbon60 since January 2014. Prior to this role, Ian served as Information Systems Support Manager at HQ Information Systems and Services, focusing on the service management of critical Command Information Systems from January 2012 to October 2013. From April 2010 to January 2012, Ian held the position of Officer Commanding the Deployable Support Group at Northwood HQ, overseeing a team of 75 tri-Service technicians in support of the UK's military Command Information Systems. Ian's earlier experience includes leading data services and service reporting for the MoD Networks Team Corsham from 2007 to 2010 and supporting resources and plans at the Maritime Warfare School from 2005 to 2007. Ian holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Naval Engineering College, which was completed between 1988 and 1991.
