Maged Sami

Maged Sami is a seasoned executive and engineer with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at CarbonFree Technology since October 2013, Maged has also held various leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Engineering and Special Projects. In 2015, Maged founded Modulytics, a consulting firm specializing in supporting solar project stakeholders throughout all development phases. Prior experience includes a role as Co-op Production Engineer at CNOOC International, where Maged contributed to the Long Lake Oil Sands Project, and as Project Proposal Coordinator at Siemens, focusing on renewable energy projects. Maged holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Toronto.
