Later, they became the Chief Product Officer, leading a team of five product managers and five product designers in building digital products and data insights for the real estate sector.
Earlier in their career, Dominic served as the Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Codility, where they structured and managed partnerships, launched new business lines, and played a role in shaping the company's strategy. Dominic also worked as a Product Manager, overseeing product roadmap and development with a focus on revamping the user experience.
Dominic has also been involved in mentoring activities at The Tony Elumelu Foundation and pursued a startup initiative and sabbatical called "The startup of me," which involved working on demand side energy efficiency and taking part in trekking in the Himalayas.
