About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Direct the Sales Engineering efforts, leading technical resources to assist the Sales team in winning new customers and maximizing revenue.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the team members.
  • Actively participate in pre-sales activities, conducting engineering site evaluations, designing solutions, and leading workshops with prospects
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and architect solutions that meet their requirements and work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drives continuous improvement in the pre-sales process by developing documentation, best practices, and training materials.
  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Interpret complex problems, create simple solutions and collaborate closely with prospects, channel partners and our sales team to deliver winning solutions
