Alice Erba

Alice Erba currently serves as the HR Plant Manager for the Rolling Production Unit at Carcano Antonio S.p.A. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Alice held the position of HR Manager at Cleaf from September 2020 to September 2023 and worked as an HR Generalist at Ristorazione Collettiva from October 2018 to September 2020, as well as at Admenta Italia S.p.A. LloydsFarmacia from February 2018 to October 2018. Alice Erba holds a Laurea Specialistica in Scienze dell'Educazione e della Formazione with a focus on the development of human resources from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca (2016-2018) and a Laurea triennale in Giurisprudenza, specializing in interlinguistic and intercultural mediation from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria (2011-2015).
