Aastha Chauhan

Aastha Chauhan has four years of work experience. In 2016, they completed an internship at SMC Global. In 2017, they worked as an Inside Sales Executive at arvato India. In 2018, they worked as an Operations Associate at Paytm Payments Bank. In 2022, they are currently working as a Fin Tech | Banking Operations | Payments | Business Operations Associate Manager at CARD91. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the entire reconciliation and settlement process done by the team across banks, card networks (RuPay/ VISA) and channels. Aastha has also significantly reduced the TAT for preparation of reports by opting for Automation which resulted in slashing delivery time by 90% every day. Additionally, they handle all kinds of Exception handling during the reconciliation and settlement process with attention to details including but not limited to Dispute Management System (DMS), Frauds, Reversals, ChargeBack, etc.

Aastha Chauhan completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Delhi Institute of Rural Development from 2012 to 2015, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Aastha then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Gitarattan International Business School from 2015 to 2017, majoring in Marketing.
