Nicole Crowson

Nicole Crowson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nicole is currently working as the Head of Talent at CardFlight since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at American Express for a significant period, holding various leadership positions. From June 2008 to April 2022, they served as the Sr. Manager of Strategic Workforce Planning, leading workforce planning initiatives and consulting with C-level executives. From April 2016 to January 2021, they worked as the Program Manager of People Strategy, Technology, focusing on employee engagement and career development. Nicole also served as the Program Manager of Technology Acquisition & Development from November 2014 to April 2016. Before joining American Express, Nicole worked at Orbital Sciences Corporation as a Technology Recruiter and at Motorola Inc. as a Human Resource Specialist and University Relations Recruiter. Nicole began their career at Watson Dwyer as a Staffing Assistant.

Nicole Crowson holds a Masters of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, which they obtained from The Chicago School from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale between 1998 and 2002. In April 2017, they also obtained a certification in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
