As a Managing Partner, Greg is responsible for the customer experience and revenue cycle management. He focuses on Cardiac RMS’s exceptional service to customers from pre-implementation to established customers. Greg also excels at improving the revenue cycle both in house and for the clinical partners.
Greg Forsyth has nearly 20 years of experience in the CRM space including the last 8 years as founder and CEO of Heartwatch Solutions. During his early career with Medtronic and St. Jude he saw the needs of the physicians and clinics struggling to manage their CIED patients. His desire to partner with them to improve the physician and patient experience with regards to remote monitoring gave birth to Heartwatch Solutions. The merger of Cardiac RMS and Heartwatch Solutions allows this passion to continue. Prior to his work in CRM he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering; while earning his degree he helped redesign a balloon inflation syringe for angioplasty thus cementing his interest in the medical field. Greg went on to earn his MBA while working professionally in the medical device industry. Greg's quality leadership is a combination of his education, experience, insight, care of others, and drive for efficient growth.
Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and watching them excel in various areas of interest. He spends his free time cycling and enjoying basketball.
