Lea Waisman-Shaler

Lea Waisman-Shaler has a diverse work experience. Lea is currently the COO at Cardiac Success Ltd. since April 2021. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as the Chief Project Manager and Clinical Affairs at MitrAssist. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at EndoAid Ltd from 2013 to 2016 and at Upstream Peripheral Technologies, Ltd. from 2011 to 2016. Lea also worked as an R&D Biomedical Engineer at S.I. Therapies from 2008 to 2010. Lea has had experience in production and validation management at Aran R&D in 2007. Lea pursued their Master's degree as a student at Tel Aviv University from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries from 2003 to 2005.

Lea Waisman-Shaler is an individual with a diverse education history. In 2000, they began their educational journey at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2004. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at Tel Aviv University. Their educational pursuits continued as they enrolled in the University of Haifa in 2014 and completed their Executive MBA - Master of Business Administration degree in 2015. Throughout their academic path, they have developed a comprehensive range of knowledge and skills in various fields.
