Neil Coles

Neil Coles is a seasoned academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in enterprise education and innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Education at Cardiff Metropolitan University, Neil is dedicated to enhancing entrepreneurial competencies across diverse subjects. Previous roles include Lecturer in Enterprise & Innovation at the University of Bristol, where responsibilities encompassed curriculum engagement and partnership development, and Assistant Director of Career Services focusing on employer engagement. As Co-Founder and Director of CoCo Retreats, Neil provides premium accommodations in Wales. A Financial Director at Enterprise Educators UK and an Enterprise Learning Manager at Cardiff University earlier in their career, Neil's contributions to the field also include founding support services for entrepreneurs, managing co-curricular education, and conducting critical research on business founders. Neil holds advanced degrees in Enterprise Education and Entrepreneurial Practice from Cardiff University and the University of South Wales.
