Jonathan Face

Jonathan Face has extensive work experience in the field of estates and facilities management. Jonathan is currently employed as the Deputy Director - Estates (Operations) at Cardiff University, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as the Assistant Director - Estates at The Manchester Metropolitan University, starting in December 2020. Jonathan also has experience as the Director of Delivery & Operations at the University of Birmingham, Managing Director of 1st Degree Facilities at the University of Northampton, and Director of Services at G4S INTEGRATED FACILITY SERVICES GMBH. Jonathan began their career as the Assistant Director of Building Services at the University of Bristol in 2001. Additionally, they founded Face2Face Ministries, a charity, in 2012.

Jonathan Face has a BSc in Facilities Management from North East Surrey College of Technology (NESCOT) and an MSc in Facilities Management from Leeds Met.
