Dean Lyulkin

Dean Lyulkin is an experienced executive currently serving as President and Co-CEO of Cardiff, Inc., a prominent funding source for main street businesses in America since April 2007. Prior to this role, Dean worked at Fisher Investments from July 2000 to April 2007 as Group Vice President of Trading. Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UC San Diego, which was completed in 2000.
