Keith Burrows

Keith Burrows is a seasoned professional in the fields of engineering and research, currently serving as a Senior Technical Fellow at Cardinal Glass Industries since June 2005, where roles have included Consultant and Technology Scouting & IP Manager. In addition to this position, Burrows is the Owner of Republic of Letters and has been an Alderperson for the City of Mineral Point since April 2022. As a Staff Writer for Driftless Appetite since June 2009, Burrows focuses on food and culture in the Driftless Region of Southwest Wisconsin.
